Leonardo and his dog Aki will guide you on a completely peaceful ‘hunt’, to discover the estate’s woods and the trees where true ‘hunters’ know how to look for truffles.
At the end of the excursion you can taste truffle-based products and the good wines of Castellare and, if you want, enjoy a plate of homemade tagliolini with a good grated truffle : who knows, if the hunt is lucky you might taste exactly what you found!
