Its colour is intense ruby red with purple highlights, has a fragrance splendid fruity overtones, especially plum, cherry and redcurrant, with a hint of vanilla. It has a taste well-balanced, agreeable wine, with red fruit aroma and a firm tannin structure combined with delicate acidity typical of Sangiovese. Ideal for tasting at a temperature of approx. 18° with mature cheese, roast meat and game.
